A fundamental course for the hotel sector. The courses consist of  24 hours divided in 16 lessons and are targeted at all company levels where there is a need for and interest in personnel training and development, with particular attention to  the services, hotel, sales,  customer relationship and marketing sectors, and those who need to interact with other cultures and strengthen their cross culture.
